# Asking for things

**Ensar** operates the platform. Slack for anything not on these pages.

**Requests that need tracking** — a new model, more GPU, a quota change, a bucket for a group — go as issues on the `MaastrichtU-IDS/services` repository. You are welcome to open them.

**If something here is wrong**, say so or open a pull request: this site is Markdown in that same repository, and it is meant to be the one place you look.

## What to include

For a **model**: Hugging Face repo id, quantization, the context length you actually need, chat or embedding, and where (g1 or the mini).

For a **workspace problem**: the workspace name, what you asked for (cpu, memory, gpu), and what Coder shows — "Pending", "Failed", or a build error. The build log is the first thing that gets read.

For **data**: bucket name, roughly how much, and who else needs to read it.
